A short walk from Kitzbühel’s centre, Hotel Seebichl enjoys a very quiet location amidst a beautiful scenery, 2 minutes' walk from Lake Schwarzsee Nature Reserve. It offers free WiFi and a free shuttle service to the centre, which can be reached in 4 minutes.

The Seebichl à la carte restaurant serves a rich breakfast buffet including an organic corner, fruit juices, different kinds of jams, fruit, cold cuts and eggs, as well as a 4-course dinner menu. The meals can be served on the Seebichl panoramic terrace, from which guests can watch the sunset.

All of the rooms, which are decorated in modern Alpine or classic style, provide a balcony with views of the mountain peaks, an iPod, a mobile phone music station, TV and a bathroom. Guests can relax in the lobby at the bar or enjoy the view on the panoramic terrace. A children’s play corner, a ping pong table, and a sunbathing lawn are also on site.

Both in summer and in winter, the free shuttle service takes guests into the city centre and to the nearby cable cars, including the Hahnenkamm. City and mountain bikes are available at no extra cost.

The Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee Golf Course is close to the Seebichl. Several hiking trails start at the doorstep. Upon request, cross-country skiing equipment can be hired free of charge.
